ORDERS AND RETURNS
Return Policy
New or unused product purchased from aidaptcanada.com can be returned within 30 days from invoice date. Customer pays for the cost of shipping to return the product. Product must be returned in new condition, unused, in the original packaging and saleable condition. Bathrooms and urinals products are considered as unhygienic items, the original packaging must NOT be open. No credit will be issued for product with altered retail packaging. This includes writings, markings, adding stickers on the package, etc.
Used products or products purchased from other retailers are NOT eligible for return.
Unauthorized returns, undeliverable addresses, and delivery refusals will be refund minus the cost of shipping.
Shipment with Damaged Cartons
Please do not accept damaged cartons. If you receive a shipment with damaged cartons, refuse delivery (noting the reason for refusal) and immediately contact our Online Shop Customer Service (info@aidaptcanada.com).
Submitting a Return
All returns must be pre-authorized by Aidapt Bathrooms Ltd. Please contact our Online Shop Customer Service (info@aidaptcanada.com) and using the instruction provided by the Aidapt representative. When requesting a return, please provide your name, customer account number, purchase order, model, serial number (if applicable), quantity, reason for return and a valid email address.
Once we received your returned item, we will review your request and inspect the item. If the item is determined as returnable, your purchase will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus restocking fees.
Product Warranties
Aidapt offers one year warranties on most products if damage occurred after use. Aidapt reserves the right to ship a part to repair the product, ship a replacement product or issue full credit for the return of the product.
